Refund policy

Right to Cancel (Physical Products)
If you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel a contract for the purchase of a physical product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Faulty or Misdescribed Products
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or equivalent local law, we are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. If a product is faulty or misdescribed, please contact us immediately. You have legal rights, including the right to a refund, repair, or replacement.

Digital Content Exclusions
Please note that if you have purchased an ebook via this website, and have successfully downloaded it, we are unable to offer a refund on your purchase unless the eBook is faulty.
